Return Policy


1. Products are returnable within the applicable return policy if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail on the site.

2. Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

3. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

4. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

5. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.


Product Wise Return Policies

  • No return only replacement if the case of item is expired, damaged and bad quality. Provide that the request is accept within 2 hours after the delivery acceptance time.
  • After acceptance of delivery “NUKADSTORE” is not responsible for any type of damage items.
2. Electronics
  • if the product is installed by our executive then we are responsible for damage, defective and can change the product within 48 hours of delivery of product. Further, we are not responsible otherwise.
  • However, installation charge will be paid by customer for window AC 500, split AC 1200 and accessories charges is extra paid by customer.
3. Kitchen and Dining
  • We are not responsible for any type of damage items after acceptance of delivery.

Note:

  • Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 48 hours from the delivery of the product
